How It Started
Flushubbles began during a time of big change in my life. My first child had just turned two, and my second was on the way. Parenthood made me pay closer attention to everyday habits—what I was using, what I was throwing away, and what kind of example I was setting for my kids.
A few moments stand out in my journey
I saw how well baby wipes worked, but also how quickly the empty boxes piled up. Plastic within plastic, heading straight to the trash that was already overflowing.
An older family member confided how uncomfortable it felt to rely only on just toilet paper, wiping until their skin was raw but never actually feeling clean.
My research into flushable wipes uncovered a mess of problems: Home owner plumbing problems, city sewer systems damaged, and lawsuits against companies that labeled them “flushable” when they weren’t.
Even bidets, which seemed promising, had their downsides: costly installations, plumbing issues or the discomfort of cold tap water.
What we set out to create was something that:

- Fits seamlessly into daily life without tools, hoses, or complicated installation.
- Reduces waste and avoids the unintended consequences that come with wipes or cheap bidets.
The result is Flushubbles—a modern answer to an age-old problem.
